Checked in at 10:45am for an 11:00am appointment. Had scheduled an oil change and check tire for air leak. When I checked in, I said that I would be using points to pay for the visit. I waited 2 hours before asking the service department if it was ready. They were finishing the paperwork for payment. I go to pay at 1:15pm and they did not process the points. I had to go back to the service department. I spoke with a different service person in the service department, and he was going to process it. Waited another 15 minutes and it still had not been processed. Finally, at 1:40pm, I am ready to leave and ask if they saw anything wrong with the tire. They did not see anything about it on the service report, so they asked someone to check it. He came back and said all the tires looked good, and they brought my vehicle to the front for me. They give me keys to the WRONG vehicle. Finally, they check my vehicle and find there is a slow leak with one of the tires. So, I had to schedule another appointment to get the tire replaced due to where the leak was located. Lack of communication in the service department.

Prompt, friendly service. They were very accommodating to take care of our vehicles needs. All members of the staff were polite and professional.

The Salesman, Eduar (Ed), was one of the more knowledgeable salesperson I have dealt with in my last 5 vehicle purchases...He knows the products well and all the accessories and how to operate them. He was enjoyable to work with.

Service is usually good, I've had a couple of issues where I had to return for additional service. Other than that I have no complaints other than the service is a bit on the pricey side.
