1. CarFax still reports that our Encore has 89,317 miles! We actually have ONLY about 31,759. Jared corrected his mistake &:gave us the corrected repair order. Someone needs to contact them. correct the error and HAVE CARFAX SEND US A CORRECTED REPORT! 2. On the + side, Jared worked very hard on this job and was courteous. 3. I am stunned that a major GM repair facility took 5 days to get a part that is known to fail on 2021 Encore! 4. So I thank Jared for his efforts.

The car business is a difficult one for most people to navigate. I've purchased dozens of cars in my life at dealerships ranging from Acura to Volvo and everything in between. Never have I felt more comfortable buying than with this dealership. From the administrative personnel (Kim and Matt) to the service department, and sales (Tyler) everyone at this dealership seems genuinely interested in trying to make sure that your experience is a positive one. Let's face it, cars are insanely expensive. For those of us who remember years ago, it seems as though the prices now are beyond belief. That being said, Vince and his team have always taken great patience and going over everything when you're dealing with such a significant investment. At no time did I ever feel an ounce of pressure to do anything. I was provided information and allowed to make decisions that were right for me, and at a price that couldn’t be beat for miles around.

I waited over 2 hours for an oil change. Needed info on fixing my turn signal light. That took about 45 minutes to determine it was not under warranty. Why it was not covered was not fully explained to me
