I am very disappointed with this dealership, I’m really beginning to believe that once you’ve made your purchase, they’ve received their money and their loyalty to you is out of the window because the deal has been sealed. They are not concerned about anything that happens with you after you’ve made your purchase. I truly hope that the owner of this dealership read this review and realizes that their customers are very important, especially when they spend that kind of money to purchase vehicles from their dealership. I have been having problems with my vehicle since I took possession of the vehicle and I feel like I’m getting the runaround when it comes down to repairs and addressing the issue, now I’m told by someone name, Masonthat I have to rent a car in order to get back and forth to work while they’re in possession of my vehicle because they only give loaner vehicles to people with engine problems. But that’s not what I was told by another representative. I was also told that I needed to take my car to another dealership since it was closer to me and let them fix a problem that I’ve been addressing with Rainbow Northshore GMC because they’re not able to accommodate me with a loaner vehicle while they’re possession of my vehicle even though that’s what I was told they would do when I bought the problem to them after only having the vehicle for a few days, keep in mind that this is a brand new vehicle. I asked to receive a call from the GM and Mason told me OK and hung up in my face and I still have not heard from anybody.I DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. And the sad part about it this is not the first time that I’ve had an issue with someone at this dealership, but I still opted to give them an opportunity and do business with them.

Everyone, the service department was very nice. They were on time for my appointment and had me out quicker than I had expected.

Cost increases multiple times throughout the year. I never receive a check list of what was performed and the condition each item is. I do not trust they actually do the multipoint inspection. Not sure how my car is at 120000 miles and they haven't mentioned needing new break pads

Joel and Fred are some amazing employees of Rainbow GMC. Fred had my appointment made for me and when I arrived for my appointment my truck was taken to the mechanic to have my DEF issue addressed. The technician come talk to me. They reset the computer on the DEF tank and now it’s reading the fluid, kudos to the technician. Thank you.

The installation of the new tires and rims was excellent and timely. Shout out to the Parts Department for assisting me with the selection of the tires and advice on the rims. He is the best!
