I’m from Mississippi. Their price beat anything in Mississippi but it took too long to get the registration paperwork. Mississippi requires registration within 30 days. I only had 10 days left when I received the registration paperwork.
Went in for an oil change, was told I needed a new radiator to the tune of 2k. Went over to my normal firestone who said that i didnt need one according to the pressure test success of 16psi (or whatever the measurement is). Sounds suss. Dont expect me back.

I went in because there was water leaking from the window on the driver side door took them less than 30 minutes to figure out what was wrong to temporarily fix it while they order a new rubber gasket for that window. I had two other things on the list that they were supposed to do but parts need to be ordered for those and they're taking care of that when all of the parts are in I will go back and have everything fixed. Always very nice always very accommodating.

I asked about my tire sensor and they gave me a run around about 1 of them then after I picked up my car all four of my sensors were out (after I asked about it twice) I will say everyone was nice and or pleasant and timely. My experience with Rainbow has been one I hope neither have to deal with again. The initial experience was FANTASTIC! Drove 350 miles to get the truck I wanted. Rusty, Luke and Darren and all the other employees were kind and helpful. Our problems revolve around the truck itself. Mr Dawson has gone ABOVE and Beyond to help me and resolve the nightmare the truck created for us. I'd most definitely recommend Luke, Darren and Rainbow to anyone interested.

This is the second time I have brought my truck in for service. I arrived 30 minutes early and sat down to wait. After 3 hours I went to the service representative to check the status only to be told my vehicle has been ready for 2 hours. I was told they called my name. once. They never followed up and I could have sat there the entire day without knowing my truck was ready i lost 2 hours of work because I had to use the restroom and missed the 1 call. The experience with Rainbow Northshore GMC over the past 3 times has been the most disappointing experience. I will be switching to Crown Buick GMC and will be issuing a letter of my disgust with your service department.

No signage to say “check in inside”. Unclear check in process. Asked for issue to be addressed with my new car, was told issues was fixed, after leaving it was observed issue was still present. Went directly back and was told I would have to wait 1.5 hr for service team to be available to look at issue. When issue was identified, was told to go to another dealer/service department due to lack of rental cars.
Rainbow GMC is exceptional dealership BECAUSE of the team that I was so fortunate to work with. Ben Henry is the best ever. still takes time out of his day to answer all my questions. Anthony was so helpful in getting me the fantastic deal. I would recommend this team any day any time!!

I think I no was misled about the extended warranty. I thought it was covered from bumper to bumper. I learned elsewhere. The warranty didn’t cover the tire sensors. So needless to say I was very disappointed
