Everyone was very welcoming and made sure I was being taken care of. They even offered me some delicious smelling ribs and tater salad. Made me feel right at home. Cheyenne was a great sales person! She kept us updated on the various cars we were interested in as they became available without pressuring us into a quick sale. She answered all of our requests for information while we waited for the particular model we wanted to arrive. She was very knowledgeable and confident.
We drove 4 hours and the truck was not pulled not cleaned. We said we were headed that way. We found trash and old receipts on the floorboard. Other than that we had a good experience, I just would have appreciated a clean vehicle after driving 4 hours.

This review is to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent service experience at Rainbow Vehicle Service Department. My wife brought her vehicle in for service due to a faulty thermostat (stuck open), resulting in: * No air conditioning: A critical safety issue, especially in hot climates. Fogged Windshield. * Reduced power steering: Compromising vehicle control and driver safety. * Inaccurate temperature gauge: Making it difficult to monitor engine temperature. * Check engine light illuminated: Indicating a potential engine problem. * Parking sensor error: A minor inconvenience but indicative of potential electrical issues.
