Communication was inconsistent. I had to call multiple times for updates which ranged from my car would be ready same day to it will be nearly 2 weeks before it is ready. I also called to ensure there was wiper fluid added to my car. When I checked at pickup, there was not. This is the second time my car has been serviced here without checking my wiper fluid. It makes me concerned of what else has been missed.
James met me in the service drive as soon as I drove up! Sena took excellent care of my vehicle for service! Great people, great service, good communication. We will definitely be back!

I am very disappointed with this dealership, I’m really beginning to believe that once you’ve made your purchase, they’ve received their money and their loyalty to you is out of the window because the deal has been sealed. Cost increases multiple times throughout the year. I never receive a check list of what was performed and the condition each item is. I do not trust they actually do the multipoint inspection. Not sure how my car is at 120000 miles and they haven't mentioned needing new break pads
Joel and Fred are some amazing employees of Rainbow GMC. Fred had my appointment made for me and when I arrived for my appointment my truck was taken to the mechanic to have my DEF issue addressed. The technician come talk to me. They reset the computer on the DEF tank and now it’s reading the fluid, kudos to the technician. Thank you.
The installation of the new tires and rims was excellent and timely. Shout out to the Parts Department for assisting me with the selection of the tires and advice on the rims. He is the best!

Checked in at 10:45am for an 11:00am appointment. Had scheduled an oil change and check tire for air leak. When I checked in, I said that I would be using points to pay for the visit. I waited 2 hours before asking the service department if it was ready. They were finishing the paperwork for payment. I go to pay at 1:15pm and they did not process the points. I’m from Mississippi. Their price beat anything in Mississippi but it took too long to get the registration paperwork. Mississippi requires registration within 30 days. I only had 10 days left when I received the registration paperwork.
Went in for an oil change, was told I needed a new radiator to the tune of 2k. Went over to my normal firestone who said that i didnt need one according to the pressure test success of 16psi (or whatever the measurement is). Sounds suss. Dont expect me back.

I went in because there was water leaking from the window on the driver side door took them less than 30 minutes to figure out what was wrong to temporarily fix it while they order a new rubber gasket for that window. I had two other things on the list that they were supposed to do but parts need to be ordered for those and they're taking care of that when all of the parts are in I will go back and have everything fixed. Always very nice always very accommodating.

I asked about my tire sensor and they gave me a run around about 1 of them then after I picked up my car all four of my sensors were out (after I asked about it twice) I will say everyone was nice and or pleasant and timely. My experience with Rainbow has been one I hope neither have to deal with again. The initial experience was FANTASTIC! Drove 350 miles to get the truck I wanted. Rusty, Luke and Darren and all the other employees were kind and helpful. Our problems revolve around the truck itself. Mr Dawson has gone ABOVE and Beyond to help me and resolve the nightmare the truck created for us. I'd most definitely recommend Luke, Darren and Rainbow to anyone interested.
